Wednesdays in EVEN numbered weeks

Frivilligcenter Hillerød
Fredensvej 12C, 3400 Hillerød
Participation is free, and you can show up whenever you want within the time-frame.
There will be snacks (usually some cheap potato chips), along with tea, coffee and water. There is at least 1 milk-alternative. QueerHaven has boardgames of varying difficulties that are free to use.
Around 19:30, a volunteer will welcome everyone and deliver practical info, as well as letting you know which volunteers are present that day. This will be done in both Danish & English.
There are one-time-use nametags (white stickers that can be stuck to clothes or others), which are reccomended to write your name & pronouns on.
The nametag does NOT need to match your legal name or the like, and the nametag can be easily removed and thrown out.
We ask that there will not be taken any photos or recorded video or voice at the event, to protect the participants. Participation is anonymous and volunteers are under duty of confidentiality. (tavshedspligt)
